Arrival Window
Assuming no unexpected events like accidents or weather, we’ll arrive during your booking window. If we’re delayed, we will promptly inform you via text or call.
Cancellations
To avoid a $60 cancellation fee, please reschedule before 4 p.m. the day prior to your service. This is because we specifically reserve time for you.
Happiness
If you’re dissatisfied with our service, please inform us immediately, preferably the same day. We’re committed to rectifying the situation promptly.
A hold is placed on your card one day before service, but you will not be charged until after the cleaning is complete. Note: Some banks may display this hold as a charge, but it’s only pre-authorization.
