For weekly cleaning services, we offer a 20% discount, 15% off for bi-weekly cleanings, 12% off for every three weeks, and a 10% discount for monthly cleanings. These discounts apply to every subsequent cleaning after the initial service, making our professional cleaning services even more affordable over time.

Move in/move out cleaning is a comprehensive cleaning service designed for empty homes. It includes everything from our deep cleaning package, plus cleaning the insides of cabinets, fridges, ovens, and drawers. This service is ideal for preparing a home for new occupants or ensuring you get your deposit back when you move out.

At 321 Maids, we understand that every home is unique and may require specific cleaning tasks not included in our standard packages. If you have special requests, we encourage you to let us know when booking your appointment.

While we strive to accommodate all requests, please note that certain tasks may incur additional charges. Whether you need extra attention paid to a particular area or have specific cleaning products you’d like us to use, we’re more than happy to tailor our services to meet your specific needs.

If you have pets in your home, we offer an ‘I have pets’ add-on service. This is due to the extra work involved in cleaning homes with pets, such as dealing with pet hair and any messes your furry friends might make.

Our professional cleaners are trained to handle pet-related cleaning tasks effectively. They will take extra care to remove pet hair from your furniture and floors and ensure any pet messes are thoroughly cleaned up. Please note that this add-on service comes with an additional fee.

Policies & Procedures

We understand that plans can change, and you might need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment. If this happens, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. You can do this by contacting us directly through our website or phone number.

As for cancellations, you’ll need to cancel by 4PM the day before the service to avoid cancellation fee. You can do this by contacting us directly at 321-558-8192 or by emailing us at info@321-maids.com.

In the first instance, we will attempt to repair the item. If that’s not possible, we will compensate you for the damaged item according to its current market value.
